1. Overview
The App allows Twitch viewers to control a Game Boy Advance emulator running on a streamer’s broadcast using an on-screen controller via a Twitch extension.
2. Eligibility
To use this App, you must be at least 13 years old and have a Twitch account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or malicious activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.
- Use automated bots or scripts to spam inputs.
4. Ownership
All software and content associated with this App is the property of the developer and is licensed, not sold.
5. Streamer Responsibilities
By registering your Twitch channel, you accept the App may be experimental and is used at your own risk.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any user or streamer who violates these Terms or interferes with operation.
7. Disclaimers
This App is provided “as-is” with no warranty of any kind. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch or Nintendo.
8. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to gameplay disruption or viewer abuse.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
